Summary
This study tested a new rehab method called NEUROM, which combines brain stimulation (tDCS) with mental and physical exercises, in 56 people with chronic spinal cord injury. The goal was to improve leg movement and sensation. Results may offer a new way to boost recovery in people living with paralysis.
