Summary
This study tests if a high-dose home-based brain stimulation device (tDCS) can reduce pain and other symptoms in 250 people with fibromyalgia better than the standard dose. Participants will use the device at home for several weeks, and researchers will also check if brain wave patterns can predict who benefits most. The goal is to find a safe, convenient, and cost-effective way to manage fibromyalgia symptoms.
