Summary
This study tests whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS can improve thinking and memory in people with Parkinson's disease who have mild cognitive problems. About 36 participants will receive either real or fake stimulation to see if it helps restore brain connections linked to cognitive function. The goal is to find a new way to ease cognitive symptoms without medication.
