Inclusion Criteria: * Vasculopathy leading to imaging evidence of hypoperfusion * Cognitive impairment Exclusion Criteria: * Pregnancy * Contraindication to MRI or tDCS including metallic implanted objects. * Medical instability or inability to cooperate during the study as assessed by the treating physician to participate in the study.
