Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new cell therapy for people with advanced triple negative breast cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells carrying a specific marker called NY-ESO-1. The study aims to find the safest dose and check for side effects in about 20 participants.
