New donor cell therapy aims to tame High-Risk blood cancers after transplant

Summary
This study tests a special donor cell infusion (called TCRαβ+/CD19+ depleted DLI) given after a stem cell transplant to help control high-risk blood cancers. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it reduces side effects like graft-versus-host disease. About 38 participants with aggressive leukemias or related conditions are being enrolled.
