This study tests whether combining traditional Chinese five-element music therapy with herbal acupoint patches can reduce pain and anxiety in people undergoing kidney stone surgery under local anesthesia. Sixty adults with small kidney stones will be randomly assigned to receive either the combined therapy or standard care alone. Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older. 2. Computed tomography confirmed diagnosis of upper urinary tract calculi. 3. Stone size less than 2 cm in maximum diameter. 4.
