Summary
This study tests a cream made from plant compounds (total coumarin) to see if it safely improves psoriasis symptoms. About 300 adults with mild-to-moderate psoriasis will apply the cream or a placebo twice daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will check skin clearance, side effects, and quality of life.
