Summary
This study tests a cream made from plant compounds (total coumarins) for treating psoriasis, a skin condition causing red, scaly patches. About 300 adults with mild to moderate psoriasis will apply the cream or a placebo twice daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will check if the cream reduces skin symptoms and improves quality of life.
