New drug aims to stop strokes from coming back

Summary
This study tests a new drug called TBO-309 in 80 people who have had a stroke caused by a blocked artery. The drug is given alongside standard treatments to help keep the artery open and prevent it from blocking again. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and does not cause serious bleeding in the brain.
