Summary
This study tests whether certain FDA-approved drugs, used off-label, can improve recovery after a traumatic brain injury (TBI). Researchers will compare recovery in 672 adults who receive the experimental drug versus a placebo. The goal is to see if these drugs reduce brain damage and improve function months after injury.
