Summary
This study followed people with moderate to severe traumatic brain injuries for 18 months to understand how hormone deficiencies might affect their quality of life. Researchers measured participants' hormone levels and compared them to various quality of life and cognitive function tests. The goal was to gather information that could help improve future care for brain injury survivors.
