First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests a new vaccine called H107e/CAF®10b to prevent tuberculosis (TB). It is the first time this vaccine is given to people, so the main goal is to check its safety and how well it triggers the immune system. The trial involves 140 healthy adults aged 18 to 45. The vaccine uses protein pieces from the TB bacteria plus an adjuvant to boost the body's defense, aiming to create immune memory that can fight off future TB infection.
