Summary
This study is testing if adding an experimental vaccine called ID93 + GLA-SE to the standard drug treatment for tuberculosis (TB) can help people get better. It will involve 1,500 adults with lung TB, including some who also have HIV. Researchers want to see if the vaccine is safe, boosts the immune system, and helps prevent poor TB outcomes when given at different times during treatment.
