Summary
This study will test three different ways to screen for and prevent tuberculosis (TB) in prisons in Paraguay. About 4,500 inmates will take part and be followed for 18 months. The goal is to find which strategy works best to lower new TB cases and infections, and to see if the approach is safe and practical in prison settings.
