New drug duo shows promise for CLL patients in early trial

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, tafasitamab and zanubrutinib, in people newly diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). The goal is to see if the combo can kill more cancer cells than either drug alone. About 26 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
