First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests a non-invasive device that gently stimulates a nerve in the ear to see if it can improve walking and balance in people with Parkinson's disease. About 30 adults with Parkinson's will receive either the real stimulation or a sham (fake) version alongside physical therapy. The goal is to find out if this added stimulation makes physical therapy more effective for daily movement.
