NCT ID NCT06613542
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether taking 4 grams of taurine every day for 6 months can slow biological aging in healthy adults aged 55 to 75. Researchers measured aging through blood and DNA tests, and also checked physical fitness and thinking skills. The goal was to see if this simple supplement could help people stay younger longer.
