Summary
This study aims to better understand Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), a rare brain disorder, by measuring how much tau protein builds up in patients' brains. Researchers will use special brain scans to track tau levels over time in 332 participants with PSP. The study is observational, meaning it gathers information but doesn't test treatments.
