Summary
This study tested whether TAU-284 (bepotastine besilate) tablets can safely relieve nasal allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and congestion in children aged 7 to 15 with perennial allergic rhinitis. Over 470 children took either the drug or a placebo twice daily for two weeks. The goal was to confirm the drug works better than a placebo and is safe for kids.
