This early-stage study tests the safety and best dose of a drug called AZD9291 (osimertinib) combined with either AZD6094 or selumetinib in people with advanced EGFR-mutant lung cancer that has stopped responding to previous treatments. About 344 adults with this specific type of lung cancer will take part. The goal is to find a safe combination that might control the cancer better.
