NCT ID NCT04701476
First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a two-part treatment for people with colorectal or non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the liver. The treatment combines a procedure that delivers a drug directly to liver tumors (TATE) with an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) that helps the immune system fight cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and help patients live longer. The study is for patients whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments.
