Targeted attack on Cancer's genetic weakness
NCT ID NCT04439175
Summary
This study is testing whether the drug taselisib can shrink or stop the growth of advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change called a PIK3CA mutation. It is for patients whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if blocking the faulty PIK3CA protein helps control the disease.
