First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called taselisib in people whose cancer has a specific genetic change (PIK3CA mutation) but not certain other changes. The drug aims to block a protein that helps cancer grow. About 70 adults with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas that haven't responded to standard treatments are taking part. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink or stop the cancer.
