New combo therapy aims to control tough lung cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two drugs, tarlatamab and AB248, in adults with extensive stage small cell lung cancer that has worsened after at least one prior treatment. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 380 participants will take part.
