New combo therapy targets tough lung cancer

Summary
This early-stage trial tests two experimental drugs, tarlatamab and AB248, together in people with extensive stage small cell lung cancer that has worsened after at least one prior treatment. The main goal is to see if the combination is safe and to find the best dose. About 380 adults will take part.
