Summary
This early-phase study tests a new approach for people with high-risk multiple myeloma, including those whose cancer has returned or not responded to treatment. Participants receive a radioactive antibody that targets and kills myeloma cells, followed by chemotherapy, radiation, and a donor stem cell transplant. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if this combination can better control the disease.
