Nerve-Zapping device could ease PTSD in Treatment-Resistant patients

Summary

This study tests a device that stimulates the vagus nerve while patients undergo prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and more effective than therapy alone. Twenty adults with chronic PTSD who haven't improved with standard treatments will take part.
