Summary
This study is testing a new inhaled treatment for pulmonary fibrosis, a condition where the lungs become scarred and stiff. The treatment uses tiny fat bubbles (liposomes) coated with a substance that helps them target the cells causing inflammation and scarring. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can reduce lung damage in mice and human cells. The study involves 30 participants and is currently active but not recruiting.
