Doctors test genetic blueprint strategy against advanced cancers

Summary
This trial is testing whether personalized drug treatments, chosen based on the specific genetic changes found in a patient's tumor, can help control advanced cancers that have stopped responding to standard therapies. It will enroll about 455 adults with various advanced solid tumors who have already tried at least one prior treatment. The goal is to see if matching drugs to a tumor's genetic profile can slow cancer growth and extend survival.
