Summary
This study tested a phone-based coaching program for veterans with type 2 diabetes who feel stressed or overwhelmed by daily self-care tasks like checking blood sugar and taking insulin. The program gave personalized advice and support to help reduce that stress and improve blood sugar control. About 34 veterans took part, and the goal was to see if this tailored approach could make managing diabetes feel more manageable.
