NCT ID NCT07165613
First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 37 times
Summary
This study tested whether different taping methods improve jumping and hopping performance in 29 adolescent volleyball players who reported ankle instability. Players were split into groups receiving kinesiology tape, dynamic tape, or no tape. Results showed no significant performance difference between taped and non-taped players, suggesting taping alone may not enhance function in this group.
