First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests a daily cream called tapinarof, already used for psoriasis, in 6 adults with palmoplantar keratoderma — a condition causing thick, hard skin on the palms and soles. Researchers want to see if the cream safely improves the skin's appearance and symptoms. Participants will apply the cream daily and be monitored for side effects and skin changes.
