Summary
This study tests a daily cream called tapinarof, already used for psoriasis, in 6 adults with palmoplantar keratoderma — a condition causing thick, hard skin on the palms and soles. Researchers want to see if the cream safely improves skin appearance and symptoms. Participants must avoid other topical treatments during the study.
