Summary
This study looks at using a special fish skin graft (Kerecis) during gender-affirming vaginoplasty to help the new vagina heal better. About 20 transgender women will take part, and researchers will check healing, pain, sexual function, and quality of life over one year. The goal is to see if this graft improves surgical outcomes and patient well-being.
