Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (TAP and TFP) for pain relief after a total abdominal hysterectomy. 77 women received one of the two blocks, and researchers measured their pain scores and how much extra pain medicine they needed. The goal was to see which block provides better pain control after surgery.
