Summary
This study tested a drug called Tanzânia in 295 men who have both erectile dysfunction and an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia). The goal was to see if the drug improves erectile function better than a placebo. Participants took the drug or a dummy pill for a period, and researchers measured changes in a standard erectile function questionnaire. The study also tracked any side effects.
