Summary

This study follows 90 people with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) in China and Europe to track how the disease progresses over 12 months. Researchers will use regular check-ups, brain scans, and blood tests to measure changes. The goal is to better understand MSA and improve future clinical trials, not to test a new treatment.
