New drug cocktail aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a drug called talazoparib (a PARP inhibitor) combined with one of three other drugs (palbociclib, axitinib, or crizotinib) in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combinations can help control tumor growth. About 111 participants with specific gene defects will be enrolled.
