Summary
This study looked at how to best teach nursing students about physical activity to help them handle the physical and mental demands of their job. Researchers tested three different teaching methods across 16 nursing schools in Bavaria, Germany, involving 335 first-year students. The goal was to find the most effective way to improve students' physical activity-related health competence and overall well-being.
