Summary
This study tested a drug called TAK-625 in 7 Japanese children with Alagille Syndrome, a rare liver disease. The goal was to see if the drug could lower bile acid levels and reduce severe itching. Participants took the drug for up to 34 months and had regular clinic visits. Results will help determine the right dose for future use.
