Summary
This study is testing whether low-dose CT scans can detect lung cancer early in over 6,600 high-risk people in Taiwan. Participants include heavy smokers who have quit, people with a family history of lung cancer, and those exposed to air pollution or other risks at work or home. The goal is to see how many people accept screening and how many are found to have lung cancer.
