First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a special type of talk therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) that is customized for shift workers can improve sleep, mental health, and quality of life. About 84 healthcare workers who work rotating shifts including nights will either receive this tailored therapy or a brief sleep hygiene session. Researchers will track their sleep and well-being for up to 6 months after treatment.
