Summary
This study tested a personalized home exercise program for women with metastatic breast cancer who were not very active. The program was designed by a cancer exercise specialist to fit each patient's needs and abilities. The goal was to see if it could help them become more physically active and improve their quality of life. The study included 12 women and found that a tailored approach may help increase physical activity.
