Summary
This study is testing whether a home-based Tai Chi program can help people with chronic heart failure and the family members who care for them. It aims to improve patients' physical function and heart health while reducing the stress and burden on caregivers. The program involves educational sessions and 12 weeks of guided Tai Chi practice at home using digital tools.
