Summary
This study is testing a home-based Tai Chi program for people with stable heart failure and their primary caregivers. The goal is to see if this gentle exercise can improve patients' physical function and heart health while also reducing the stress and burden on the people who care for them. The program includes coaching and 12 weeks of guided Tai Chi practice.
