First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether practicing tai chi can improve sleep in people aged 40 to 69 with mild to moderate chronic insomnia. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to either a tai chi group or a walking group for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if tai chi leads to better sleep quality compared to walking.
