New drug combo aims to beat Transplant-Related lymphoma

NCT ID NCT05786040

First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two antibody drugs, tafasitamab and rituximab, can effectively treat a type of lymphoma that sometimes occurs after an organ transplant. About 28 adults who have this post-transplant lymphoma and are on immune-suppressing medicines will receive the drug combination as their first treatment. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve complete remission, meaning no cancer remains detectable.
