Daily tadalafil may ease Post-Surgery urinary leaks in men with enlarged prostate
NCT ID NCT07466030
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether taking a daily 5 mg tadalafil pill can help men with an enlarged prostate recover bladder control faster after surgery. About 40 men will receive either tadalafil or a placebo for 12 weeks after their procedure. The goal is to see if the drug reduces stress urinary incontinence and other bothersome symptoms like frequent or urgent urination.
