Summary
This study is testing whether the medication tadalafil can help people with a specific type of high blood pressure in the lungs caused by heart problems. Researchers want to see if taking the drug for three months improves how far patients can walk and reduces their heart failure symptoms. They will compare results from 48 participants taking tadalafil against a similar group taking a placebo.
